1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the bg55 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). bg55 is an online betting and gaming service platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming features for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply to the bg55 website, mobile version, and all related services. Continuing to use your account means you also accept any updated version of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Login

To become a member of bg55, you must complete registration by providing accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.

2.2 Account Verification

bg55 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to respond adequately to such a request may result in your account being temporarily restricted. Certain services may remain limited until the verification process is complete.

3. Age Verification & Parental Responsibility

The minimum age to participate on bg55 is 21 years. This platform is for those aged 21 or over only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their minor children cannot access this platform. If bg55 confirms that a member created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bg55: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer via major Bangladeshi banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All transactions must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. bg55 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on bg55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or the ability to receive funds in foreign currency is not currently available.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bg55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, and members should read them carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
• You cannot withdraw directly from a bonus balance; withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• bg55 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bg55 may conduct an investigation and cancel the bonus.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

bg55 is committed to ensuring a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The platform uses SSL encryption and fair play technology.

6.1 Betting Rules

• All bets are considered final once confirmed.
• If a technical error causes an issue with processing a bet, bg55 reserves the right to review it.
• For sports betting, it may be possible to change or cancel a bet before the match starts — subject to the conditions of the specific market.
• For live in-play betting, bets placed during market changes may sometimes be voided.

6.2 Slots & Casino Games

Slot and live casino games are operated under the rules of their respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, etc.). The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bg55 platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Abusing bonuses or fraudulently claiming promotional benefits.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the gaming system using software or automated tools.
• Using another member's account or personal information.
• Creating or operating an account by deliberately providing false information.
• Conducting fraudulent or coordinated betting activity in any form.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bg55

bg55 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud is suspected or evidence of fraud is found.
• For security purposes during an ongoing investigation.

8.2 Closure by Member

A member may request to close their account at any time by contacting bg55 Support. Any outstanding transactions will be completed before the account is closed, and the balance will be returned in accordance with the rules.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the bg55 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bg55 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using them for any purpose without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is protected under their respective intellectual property policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

bg55 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, bg55 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Issues related to third-party software or game provider servers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other force majeure events.
